Instructions for returning the goods

We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver quality products. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Mandatory Returns

Under Hong Kong law, we will accept returns and provide a full refund in the following cases:

 

  • Goods arrived damaged: If your order is damaged upon delivery, we will refund the full amount.
  • Evidence required: Please provide clear photos of the damaged goods and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Wrong product delivered: If the product you received does not match your actual order, we will refund accordingly.
  • Condition: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

2. Change of Mind

We regret that we cannot accept returns for change of mind. This includes
situations where:

  • You no longer want the product.
  • You dislike the taste or style after purchase.

3. Food Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened coffee products cannot be returned
under any circumstances.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect items.
  • Provide order details and photographic evidence.
  • We will confirm eligibility and arrange refund or replacement.
