The Academia by Torrefazione Hausbrandt Trieste 1892 SpA is the number 1 in the bars and cafes of Italy. The Hausbrandt Academia was awarded the gold medal by the Maestri Pasticcieria Di Italiana for its high quality. Only selected Arabica coffee beans are used in its production. Roasting takes place in the traditional roasting drum, the advantages of which have been perfected by monitoring the roasting process using the latest technology.
