Pellini's Vivace No. 82 consists of 60% Arabica beans and 40% Robusta beans. It is Pellini's answer to the discontinuation of the popular Classico and at the same time represents a full-fledged alternative that leaves nothing to be desired. The aroma is nutty and spicy and the coffee tastes full-bodied and well-balanced. The crema provides a velvety texture. The gently roasted beans guarantee a pleasantly mild and harmonious, yet intense experience. Each espresso combines the history as well as the tradition and expertise of Pellini. Roast level: medium.

Roasted by hand in a rotary drum

The carefully selected beans of the Pellini Vivace No. 82 were roasted very slowly and by hand. The beans have very few bitter substances and the aromas can develop freely. The roasting process takes a long time and ensures a finely roasted coffee. At Pellini, the coffee beans are roasted by type and only after a rest period of three days is the blend composed. This process prevents the top shell from burning too much. The intense and strong taste of the coffee makes it ideal for a variety of milk specialties as well as in the form of an espresso and ensures a special Italian taste experience.
