The Cremoso No. 9 from Pellini consists of 50% Arabica beans and 50% Robusta beans. The even, light roasting makes the coffee balanced, harmonious and not too strong. The beans were gently drum roasted, which makes the blend pleasantly mild. The Italian coffee is perfect for Caffè Crema and Lungo. In terms of taste, this great Italian coffee is characterized by its nutty nuances, but the slightly noticeable sweetness also rounds off the Cremoso No. 9 and is responsible for its well-balanced aroma.

At Pellini, the selected coffee beans are roasted separately. The blend is then composed after a rest period of three days. Cremoso No. 9 reflects Pellini's experience, which is characterized by history, tradition and competence in the composition of high-quality blends. The Pellini roastery has been in existence since 1922 and comes from the Italian municipality of Bussolengo, which is located near Verona.
