The Cremador from Passalacqua is a select blend of 70% Arabica and 30% Robusta beans, which exude an extraordinary aroma of malt, nuts and toasted bread. Five special sources of coffee beans of the highest quality are selected for this espresso. This coffee impresses with its balanced, full-bodied taste and a medium fruity note. The acidity of this dark roast is rather low. What sets this espresso apart is its perfect balance, which wins over coffee lovers from the ground up. Its crema is dense and hazelnut-colored, which makes it ideal as an espresso.

Wonderful crema thanks to the Robusta content

The name Cremador says it all, because the wonderful crema ensures a particularly good result for latte art. The southern Italian roast is also very suitable for milk-based drinks such as cappuccino or latte macchiato. You can prepare this espresso from the traditional Passalacqua roastery in a fully automatic machine, but the espresso also works well in a portafilter machine. The typical Neapolitan coffee has been roasted in the south of Italy for three generations, and the highest quality has always been a requirement.
