Created in collaboration with Aromatico, this blend of 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta beans is a truly characterful blend. The Arabica beans impress with a particularly fruity note, which is not too strong thanks to the subtle acidity. This is balanced out by the slight bitterness of the Robusta bean, which ensures an aromatic and mild overall result. All in all, a selection of the finest aromas for light espresso enjoyment.

Careful composition

The beans used are all Fairtrade certified and also meet the high standards of the European organic seal. Carefully selected by special producers and processed to the highest quality at Alps Coffee, this roast offers the ideal conditions for an espresso or coffee specialties such as a cappuccino. The traditional roasting company from South Tyrol has been preparing coffee beans gently using the drum process since 1890, creating intense coffee enjoyment.
